Paraphrase

Letter of Nabû-šarrūssu, Royal Resident (qīpu) of the temple of Eridu (bīt apsî), to Kināya (= Nabû-mukīn-apli/Nādinu//Dābibī), High Priest of Eanna (šatammu), and Nabû-aḫu-iddin, Royal Overseer of Eanna (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti), "his fathers", accompanying a delivery of 15 shekels of silver via Ea-ana-bītišu to urgently (kapdu) obtain wax of 10 shekels, kalû-paste (yellow ochre, written im.ga.li) for 2 shekels and cedar wood for three shekels from the Eanna in return.
