Eanna purchases unbuilt land (bīt kišubbî) from Anu-aḫu-iddin/Bēl-ēṭir//Rab-banê (AAI).
The plot is located in Uruk in the quarter (erṣetu) of the (tp)Great Well (būrti rabīti) and measures 20 × 20 cubits. The area is 8 reeds,1 cubit, and 4 fingers. It is adjacent to the (tp)Old Canal (nāru labīru), and the house plots of Innin-šumu-iškun/Gimillu//Rab-banê, Nanāya-šamšia/Gimillu//Rab-banê, Nabû-milkī/Kurṣāya, and the sons of Taqīš-Gula/Kudurru.
AAI gives (nadānu) this plot to Eanna, and is paid (eṭēru) 12 shekels of silver in pieces (šibirtu) as the full price.
