Paraphrase

Nabû-šākin/Bēl-abu-uṣur (NŠ) purchases a parcel with a garden planted with fruit-bearing palms (iṣi bilti) and young palms (tālu) from Bēl-ibni/Bulluṭu//Bāˀiru (BI).

The parcel is located in the province (pīhātu) of Uruk by the (tp)Moat (ḫarīṣu), and due to its irregular shape its description is split into three parts. The total area of this plot is 2;2.1.1 ½.

The first part measures 800 × 96 × 800 × 104 cubits. It is adjacent to the (tp)Moat, and the properties of Arad-Innin/Bēl-iddin//Kurī and Nabû-balāssu-iqbi//Kināya//Ḫunzû.

The second part measures 400 × 100 cubits. It is adjacent to the properties of Arad-Innin/Amīl-Nabû//Aḫu-yā’ūtu, and Nabû-balāssu-iqbi//Kināya//Ḫunzû, and the Eanna’s ḫallatu-garden, which is at disposal of Bēl-īpuš/Bēl-uballiṭ//Rab-banê.

The third part measures 40 × 94 cubits. It is adjacent to the (tp)Moat, and the properties of Arad-Innin/Bēl-iddin//Kurī, and Nabû-balāssu-iqbi//Kināya//Ḫunzû.

[...] of silver in pieces (šibirtu) are declared (maḫīru nabû) as the purchase price, which corresponds to […] shekel(s) of silver per each 0;0.0.2.1 of area. It is received with a supplementary payment (atru) of [...] shekel(s), either added to the total or included (adi). BI relinquishes any future claims in the name of the descendants of the Bāˀiru family.

NŠ pays the silver to Eanna to settle BI’s debt (rašûtu).

Written in the presence of Nabû-šarru-uṣur, the Royal Overseer (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna, Gabbi-ilāni-šarru-uṣur, the Royal Resident (qīpu) of Eanna, and 7 witnesses.

Scribe: Nādinu/Bēl-aḫḫē-iqīša//Egibi.

The document includes the clause concerning fingernail impressions of BI, but the tablet is not marked with them.
