Paraphrase

Letter of Nabû-mukīn-apli (/Nādinu//Dābibī, High Priest, šatammu) (NMA) to Nādinu (/Bēl-aḫḫē-iqīša//Egibi) and Arad-Marduk (/Marduk-šumu-iddin//Bēl-aplu-uṣur (temple scribes, ṭupšarru ša Eanna), "his brothers", answering a message by the two recipients about wine and necessities (ḫišiḫtu) by telling them that he was late, but that he will now come without tarrying (akāšu, alāku). In closing, he tells them to have taken apart (ḫašālu) 100 supernumerous (atru) iron spades (for re-usage).
