Paraphrase

Letter of Nabû-mukīn-apli (/Nādinu//Dābibī, High Priest, šatammu) (NMA) to Nādinu (/Bēl-aḫḫē-iqīša//Egibi) (temple scribe, ṭupšarru ša Eanna), "his brother", intensively complaining about his situation, and that if he left, barley would disappear, and that Lâbâši and Arad-Marduk, two men who have lots of barley according to NMA, did not send any barley at all. After a broken section, NMA requests 34 shekels of silver that should be sealed and sent to him. He goes on about something he sent before another break in the tablet, which ends in a passage about something or someone being sent and used as a pledge (maškanu). In closing, NMA requests one kandu-container of good wine.
