Paraphrase

Letter of Nabû-mukīn-apli (/Nādinu//Dābibī, High Priest, šatammu) (NMA) to Arad-Marduk and Iddināya, "his brothers", reminding them not to be negligent (lā šelû) about the regular offerings, service (maṣṣartu) and work of the Eanna temple. The text mentions harbormasters (rab kāri), barley and dates as well as a personal name with filiation in broken context, in addition to a broken personal name identified as son of the daughter of Uraš-nāṣir. This man should be sent to NMA because NMA needs something from him. Additionally, the man should be given 1 shekel of silver which should be obtained from Bēl-gimlanni (/Madānu-ēreš). NMA adds that the recipients should comfort this man and that he does not need to be afraid. Instead, he should not delay (nubattu lā bâtu) in caring for a person’s (name broken) prosperity. In closing, he requests that the recipients’ messenger escorts the man (i.e., the one who is supposed to receive the silver) to (tp)Nuḫānu.
