Paraphrase

Letter of Nabû-mukīn-apli (/Nādinu//Dābibī, High Priest, šatammu) to Nabû-aḫu-iddin (Royal Overseer, ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti), "his brother", about a lack of female water sprinklers (sallūḫatu) in the inner temple precinct. He informs the recipient that (f)Muḫḫū[tu]/Marduk-[…] should do this task.
