Paraphrase

200 Cimmerian arrows (šiltāḫu), from them 183 with bronze arrowheads (lūlītu), 1 Cimmerian bow (qaštu) that was withdrawn in exchange (ša iššâ šupelti)(?), 10 baskets (qappatu) sent (šūbulu) to Iqīša for the outpost (bīt kādi) via Kī-Bēl.

10 minas of wool for 2 ½ shekels (to) Ibni-Ištar, the blacksmith (nappāḫ parzilli), 10 baskets (qappatu) at the disposal of (ina pāni) Nanāya-iddin, the chief of the prison (rab bīt kīli), (and) 12 nēsepu-containers of sesame oil were received (maḫaru) from Šamaš-ibni/Gimillu.

5;0 barley (to) Nergal-zēru-iddin, 5;0 (to) Sîn-ibni, 1;0 (to) Šamaš-tabni-uṣur, 0;0.0.1 sesame oil (to) Ḫašdia, the boatmaker (naggār elippēti), 18 nēsepu-containers á 0;0.0.2 sesame oil (to) Ištar-šumu-iškun/Nergal-ibni, 1 bow quiver (šalṭu) (and) 20 arrows, within them 12 arrowheads, 1 Cimmerian bow, 1 lance (azmarû) at the disposal of (ina pāni) Nergal-iddin and Nūrea.
