Paraphrase

2 minas 57 shekels of gold (from) 2 mukarrišu-bowls and 3 gold plates (lišānu), income (erbu) of the king are at the disposal of Bēl-ibni and Ištar-šumu-ibni, the goldsmiths (kutīmu), for assaying (ana pidāni). (It was weighed with) 3 minas of bronze of the naṣbatu-metal coating and the unity of three shekels concerning the gold.
