Paraphrase

3 1/24 shekels of gold, 5 kirītu-ornaments , 15 footstool figurines of gold (kaltappu), 19 golden bulls (rīmu) and 1 ½ shekel of gold from a tarkisu-ornament of the Daughters of Ebabbar (Mārāt-Ebabbar) were returned (târu) for the making of knobs and the cording (guḫalṣu) of the gold tarkisu-ornaments of the Daughters of Ebabbar (Mārāt-Ebabbar) at the disposal of Bēl-ibni and Ištar-šumu-ibni, the goldsmiths (kutīmu). 

13/24 shekel of gold (for) the repair of a ḫinšu-ornament. 

⅕ shekel (hummušu) of gold (for) the repair of a lyre (sammû) at the disposal of Bēl-ibni and Ištar-šumu-ibni.
