Paraphrase

The brothers Rēmūtu/Šākin-šumi/Sîn-tabni and Ardia/Šākin-šumi/Sîn-tabni owe 21 talents dates impost of the field onthe (tp)Canal of the Temples (Nāru-ša-bīt ilāni), property of Ištar of Uruk and Nanāya, of the sūtu of Ardia/Nabû-bān-aḫi/Rēmūt-Ea. He will deliver (nadānu) the dates in m.VII, in the enclosure (ḫaṣāru), in the mašīḫu of the Lady of Uruk, in one instalment. He will also deliver standard additional payments. One will bear the responsibilty of the other. 3;0 dates sissinnu-remuneration are paid (eṭēru). Witnesses: Marduk-šumu-iddin/Nādinu/Sūtia, Nabû-bēlšunu/Ištar-šumu-uṣur/Ea-ilūtu-bāni and the scribe Nabû-zēru-mukīn/Iddin-aḫi/Bēl-eṭēri. Sluice of Bēl-ēṭir, estate (šīḫu) of the Lady of Uruk.
