Ninurta-šarru-ušur, Royal Representative (qīpu), of Eanna, Nabû-bān-aḫi/Arad-Nabû, Ištar-ālik-pāni, official (bēl piqitti) of the Royal Representative, Rēmūtu/Nergal-iddin, Nanāya-iddin/Rēmūtu, Zēria/Aḫḫē-erība owe 9 talents wool to Rēmūtu/Ina-Eanna-kitti. They will give (nadānu) the wool in m.IV. One will bear the responsibilty of the other. Arrabu/Mannu-kī-Nabû bears the responsibility for the payment (eṭēru). 3 witnesses and the scribe Sîn-na[…]/Nergal-šumu-erība.
