Paraphrase

Letter of Nabû-aḫu-iddin (NAI) (Royal Overseer, ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) to Nādinu (N) (/Bēl-aḫḫē-iqīša//Egibi) (temple scribe, ṭupšarru ša Eanna), "his brother", about settling the account of Anu-mukīn-apli (/Nanaya-iddin) who should then be sent on to NAI to receive allowances (kurummatu) from him. NAI also emphatically requests flour (lā šelû).
