Paraphrase

Letter of Innin-aḫḫē-iddin (IAI) (chief of oblates, rab širki) to the High Priest (of Eanna, šatammu, Nabû-mukīn-apli/Nādinu//Dābibī), "his lord", about his allowances (kurummatu), requesting that these be delivered according to according to the writing boards (lē’u) of Neriglissar and Nabonidus for Akkadu and payments from the time of Cyrus for (tp)Laḫīru. IAI requests 1000;0 of dates in order to sell them for barley to prepare for the winter. He also repeats a previous request for silver, which was to be delivered via Šamaš-udammiq and Nanaya-iddin and destined for buying barley as well. IAI offers to provide a boat should the High Priest send a boatman (malāḫu). He urges that Šumu-ukīn (/Nabû-udammiq) and Nidintu (/Dummuqu) (chiefs of fifty, rab ḫanšē) should not waste time (kapdu, ḫarrānu ana šēpē šakānu) and should not be obstructed as the king’s messenger is in charge of the work.
