Paraphrase

A group of men swear by Bēl, Nabû, the majesty (adê) of the king and the crown prince to Achaemenid officials that there is no criminal (sarru), aggressor (tēbû), claimant (pāqiru) or ... among them, who stole (šarāqu) barley, dates, cattle, sheep, donkey(s), pig(s) ..., a male or female fugitive (ḫalqu) of the governor (šaknu) ..., and that there are no freemen (mār banî) in their town, who are (put) in charge (ša ana piqittāti) apart from their [...] Madānu-ēreš.

The group of oath-takers probably includes: [...]/Bēl-ēreš, [...]/Nabû-nāṣir, [...]/Šarru-lū-dāri, and Id-ra-[...]/Tammeš-ḫanan. The name of a sixth oath-taker (or other person) is completely lost.

The officials are: Adad-irʼanni, overseer (ša muḫḫi) of the Ḫatalleans, Nabû-nāṣir, overseer of the Arabs, the royal courtier (ša rēš šarri) Ramîa, the Choresmian Dadaparna, whom Gubāru appointed as messenger(s) (mār šipri).

The same officials appear in UCP 9/2, 38. The reverse of this tablet is largely destroyed and was not copied in UCP 9/2. The date is not preserved but probably the same as in UCP 9/2, 38 (Cyr.05.IX.28).
