Paraphrase

Tabulated list (of payments and deficiencies of shepherds). The left half of the tablet is broken off. The extant first 4 columns contain amounts of weighed (ḫiāṭu) and missing (maṭû) (wool) measured in minas, and numbers (of lambs extracted). The 5th column contains the names of the payers: Nabû-nāṣir/Ṣillāya, from Bānia/Bēl-šumu-līšir/Aḫḫēšāya, Uraš?-ibni/Nabû-bēlšunu (or: Ilu-ibni/Nabû-bēlšunu), Bēl-ušallim/Nabû-bēl-uṣur, Iddin-Uraš/Aḫḫēa. The lines below contain total numbers of sheep and (their?) price (šīmu), (total?) amounts of wool, numbers of adult sheep put at the disposal (ina pāni) of the offering shepherd (rēʼu ginê), and the fattening shed (bīt urê).

The reverse of the tablet is mainly blank, except for ... (zu id? di il), and scattered numbers pertaining to Nabû-nāṣir, Bēl-zēru-ibni, and Nergal-iddin.

The date is given in first line of the table. The heading is missing.
