Paraphrase

Rēmūtu/Zabidā, Nabû-balāssu-iqbi/Nabû-ēṭir, and Bēl-bān-apli/Nanāya-ilūa* guarantee for Nabû-ēṭir/Zabidā (NE). By m.II they will bring him and hand him over to the Royal Resident (qīpu) and the High Priest (šatammu). If NE flees (lit.: goes elsewhere) [...], they will pay 3 minas of silver to Eanna.

5(?) witnesses.

Scribe: Ištar-nādin-šumi/Bēl-šumu-iškun//Dābibī, scribe of Eanna (ṭupšar Eanna).

The first 3 lines of the witness list are almost halfway broken off. Thus, the number of witnesses can’t be reconstructed with certainty.

Collation of the name Nanāya-ilūa (l. 2: {{Id}}Na-na-a-ìl-ú*-a) by Małgorzata Sandowicz based on the photo of the tablet.
