Paraphrase

10 minas of silver belonging to the Eanna (makkūr Bēlet Uruk u Nanāya), originally the silver (was) at the disposal of Innin-zēru-ušebši/Nabû-aḫḫē-uballiṭ//Rab-banê (IZU) and Innin-aḫḫē-iddin/Nanāya-īpuš//Kurî (IAI), is (now) owed by Anu-šumu-iddin/Šarēdu//Rab-banê (AŠI) and Ištar-zēru-ibni/Ina-tēšî-ēṭir//Rab-banê (IZI). 
Of this amount, 5 minas of silver correspond to the earlier debt note (u'iltu) of the Eanna temple, owed by IZU and IAI. For it (ēlītu), AŠI and IZI will give (inamdinū) to the Lady of Uruk the merchandise (mēreštu) according to (akî) the price of the (tp)Across the River region (eber nāri).

For the (remaining) 5 minas of silver, an interest rate of 20% per annum applies. 
Each (debtor) acts as guarantor for the other.
