Paraphrase

Ṣillāya/Nabû-šumu-uṣur, his wife (f)Innû/Damqia, and their son Nabû-šarru-uṣur/Ṣillāya owe 100;0 of barley in exchange for [x;x] dates to Ištar-zēru-ibni/Šulāya and Nanāya-iddin/Ḫarmaṣu. The barley is the property (makkūru) of the Lady of Uruk and Nanāya.

They will deliver 50;0 of dates in the Nbn 8 and 50;0 of dates in Nbn 9, using the measure (mašīhu) of the Lady of Uruk, at the Big Watercourses (mê rabûti). They will stand surety for one another. The dates from (tp)Kurbat, along with all their possessions in the city and in the steppe, are pledged to the Lady of Uruk. No other creditor may claim it until they provide the barley to the Lady of Uruk.

3 witnesses and the scribe Nabû-zēru-ušēbši/[PN]//Azû
