Paraphrase

Note of obligation of Bēl-lē’i/Mukīn-zēri//Sîn-leqe-unninnī to deliver (nadānu) 5 shekels of silver. This silver is equivalent to 30 minas of wool from Eanna. 4 witnesses. Scribe: Innin-zēru-šubši/Balāssu.
