Paraphrase

Note of obligation of Sîn-iddin, Royal Representative (qīpu) of Eanna, and Nabû-bān-aḫi/Ibnāya//Ekur-zakir to repay the silver capital (qaqqadu) of 3 mina 8 shekel of silver to Ištar-zēru-ibni/Rēmūtu in m.VII. This is silver to be allocated for the work (dullu) and the rations (kurummatu) of the shepherds (rē’û) (given) to Ina-ṭēšî-ēṭir/Nanaya-aḫu-iddin. Outstanding debt is 4 2/3 minas 8 shekels of silver. 4 witnesses. Tyre, Scribe: Nabû-bān-aḫi/Ibnāya, scribe of Eanna.

The first witness is Enlil-šāpik-zēri, the šandabakku of Nippur.
