Paraphrase

Sale contract of an unbuilt lot (bīt kišubbû) in the area of the (tp)Kanisurra-gate (abulli Kanišurra) inside of Uruk.

Seller: Multešir/Marduk-šumu-uṣur and Šamaš-zēru-ibni/Marduk-šākin-šumi

Buyer: Ištar-šumu-ēreš/Nabû-aḫḫē-šullim//Rīm-Anu

The dimensions of the unbuilt lot are:

-60 cubits, the upper side on the south (šūtu) adjoining the broad street, thoroughfare for the god and king (mūtaqu)

-60 cubits, the lower side on the east (šadû) adjoining the house of Nabû-šumu-ēreš/Adad-šēssu(?)

-60 cubits, the upper front on the north (ištānu), adjoining the house of Šamaš-erība and Rēmūtu

-60 cubits, the lower front on the west (amurru), adjoining the house of Ištar-šumu-ēreš/Nabû-aḫḫē-šullim//Rīm-Anu, the buyer (māḫirānu) of the house.

IŠE agreed with  M and ŠZI the price of 1 5/6 minas of silver in pieces (šibirtu) with 1,5 shekels of silver, the supplementary payment (atru), they purchased the property [for its full sale price] and the price was received from IŠE. They have been paid (apālu) (and) freed (of further claims) (zakû). They will have no claim, they will not return (to court) and they shall have no dispute with one another. 

Whoever in the future from among the brothers, sons, family, relatives and kin of the house of M and ŠZI turns up and begins a lawsuit with respect to this house or causes someone else to sue or changes (enû) (the substance of this agreement) or raises a claim (baqāru) or produces a claimant (bāqirānu bašû) by saying: “This house have not been sold and the silver not received." (The claimant) shall pay back twelve times over the silver he received.

At the sealing of this document were present 8 witnesses and the scribe: Nabû-ēṭir-napšāti/Šumu-ukīn//Ekur-zakir
