Bēl-erība/Nanāya-uṣalli (BE) and (f)Bēlessunu/Bēl-iddin (B), his wife, voluntarily (ina ḫūd libbīšunu) sealed (iknukū) the adoption contract (kunuk mārûti) of Ištar-aḫu-iddin (IAI) and Nanāya-kēširat (NK), the children of Nanāya-silim. They became like their children. IAI (will be) the younger brother (tardennu). As long as BE and B live, will NK take care of them (palāḫu). When BE and B will die, NK will go in the place she desired (ṣebû).
Curses formulas: Whoever changes this agreement, may Marduk, Zarpanītu, the Lady of Uruk and Nanāya pronounce his destruction.
