Paraphrase

Šamaš-aḫu-iddin/Lušum and Ina-ṣilli-Nanāya/Innin-zēru-ušabši owe 28;2 dates, impost due from the field at the (tp)River of the Temple (Nāru-ša-bīt-ili), property of Ištar of Uruk of the rentfarm (sūtu) of Ardia/Nabû-bān-aḫi/Rēmūt-Ea. In m.VIII they will deliver (nadānu) the dates in the measure of the Lady of Uruk in one instalment. He will also give standard additional payments. Ardia/Šuzia guarantees for the delivery. 2 witnesses and the scribe Itti-Nabû-balāṭu/Tabnēa/Ur-Nanna.
