Paraphrase

Kamazza/Na’id-ilāni (K) 30;0 dates, impost due from the field of 5 years in (tp)Ekallati, which is in the seedbed,  property of Ištar of Uruk and Nanāya. In m.VIII K will deliver (nadānu) the dates in the measure of the Lady of Uruk in (tp)Ekallati and also bring (abāku) Lu-aḫūa/Asalluḫi-iddin (L) and in Uruk give him to Nabû-aḫu-iddin, royal courtier of the agent (ša-rēš-šarri bēl-piqitti) of Eanna. If he does not bring and hand him over, K will give 15;0 dates, impost due from the field of 5 years, which is at the expense of L, to the Lady of Uruk. 3 witnesses and the scribe Gimillu/Innin-zēru-iddin.
