Paraphrase

Aplāya/Šulāya/Arad-Ea and Gimillu/Šulāya/Arad-Ea owe 1 mina silver, purchase price of 140;0 mustard seeds (kasha), which are in (tp)Šiliḫtu, property of the Lady of Uruk and Nanāya. They will deliver (nadānu) the silver according to the debt note (u’iltu) of merchandise (mēreštu) to Eanna. This is without the previous debt note. Written in the presence of (ina ušuzzi) of the royal courtier of the agent (ša-rēš-šarri bēl-piqitti) of Eanna Nabû-aḫu-iddin. 2 witnesses and the scribe Amurru-mukīn/Nādinu/Egibi. The place of issue Maškan-il is further specified as estate (šīḫu) of the Lady of Uruk.
