Land lease (ana zāqipūti?). The tenant will remove shrubbery (abattu nasāku), lay out garden beds (šikittu šakānu), and dig (ḫerû) irrigation canals. Other terms of the contract are lost.
Written in the presence of Sîn-iddin(?), Royal Resident (qīpu) of Eanna, and 10 witnesses.
