Paraphrase

A list of transactions involving slaves, animals, and wool concluded over at least 6 years. Part of the transactions are confirmed (kânu D) by various (often involved) individuals.

Section 1: […]. Confirmed.

Section 2: […] on 14.XII.05, […] offering shepherd (rē’i ginê) confirmed.

Section 3 is concerned with 16 slaves (amēlūtu), whom Nabû-aḫḫē-iddin […] to Nabû-mušētiq-uddi/[…] as security(?) (maškanu) in the 14th year. The slaves are listed in groups:

6 slaves (amēlūtu) (Atḫazumu, his wife, and 2 sons and 2 daughters) from (ina qātē) Šumu-ukīn/Iqīšāya, who were sold to Bēl-šumu-ibni (or: Bēl-zēru-ibni)/[…];

3 slaves (Ilu-pidani, his wife, and a daughter) […] Šamaš-iddin(?) […];

1 slave ((f)Ina-ṣilli-[…]) from Ṣillāya […];

5 slaves (Bēl-lūmur, his wife, a son, and 2 daughters) from […]/Nabû-zēru-iddin, who were sold to Rīḫa[…].

1 slave (qallu, no name given) from […/]Šumu-ukīn […], security (maškānu).

Section 4. 1 sheep for regular offerings (ginê), dispatched (abālu Š) to Širiktu (Š); Mušē[…] confirmed.

Sections 5–8 are concerned with the wool of the Lady of Uruk.  219 talents of wool to/for […]-ibni brought (abālu Gtn) from (tp)Ḫimuru in m.VIII of the 14th year. 100 talents from Bēl-iddin/[…], dispatched to Š in m.III of the 15th year. 190 talents from […], […]it/Šamaš-iddin//Ēdu-ēṭir dispatched to Š in m.XII of the 15th year. 80 talents (including a boatload of 20 talents from (tp)Ḫimuru), from Bēl-iddin/Bēl-ēṭir and Bēl-[…/]Ammēni-ilī, dispatched to Š in m.III of the 16th year.

Section 9. 3 sheep for regular offerings: Š […] from Bibēa, sheep fattener (mušākil immeri) on 16.IV.13. Kiribtu and Bibēa confirmed.

Section 10. Between the 16th and 19th years, yearly, 1 uncastrated (šuklulu) calf was given to Š for the ḫarê ceremony of Nabû that ends on the 6th day of m.I. Š would bring (abāku) 1 young calf to the fattening shed (bīt urê) and release (mašāru D) it. In exchange (kūm), Nabû-aḫḫē-iddin would give 1 uncastrated calf from the fattening stall of the Lady of Uruk to Š. The scribes Nabû-bān-aḫi and Ibni-Ištar and […], cattle fattener (mušākil alpi), confirmed.

Section 11. 20 talents and 20 minas of wool […]/Bēl-aḫḫē-erība dispatched to Š. Nanāya-āḫu-iddin/Bēl-aḫḫē-erība confirmed.

Sections 12–16 are concerned with the sheep for regular offerings of the Lady of Uruk given to Š on the following days: 16+.00.00, 19.00.00, 20.I.00, 20.I.10, and 20.I.20. Nabû-ēṭir, Aramaic scribe (sepīru) confirmed at least a part of them. One of the transactions concerned further a heifer. It was confirmed by Nabû-[…].

Section 17. 1 heifer and 5 sheep […] on 21.IV.00. 6,000 […] from […] Innin-[…], Nabû-[…].

Section 18. 6 oxen of the Lady of Uruk, for Nabû-mušētiq-uddi […] shepherd […].

Section 19. 16 sheep at the disposal (pāni) Nabû-nāṣir […] to Eanna.
