As soon as witnesses testify that Nabû-tariṣ/Nabû-bēl-šumāti gave to (f)Nuptāya/Sîn-ibni silver, gold or gemstones, it is all to be returned (tabālu) to the temple. This is apart from 1.25 shekels of silver that (f)Nuptāya says to have given to someone else.
