Šamaš-ēṭir-napšāti/[…] hires Ardia/Šamaš-erība (A), who will serve him (ana idi izuzzu) for 1 shekel of silver a month between the 5th day of m.XIIb and the 15th day of m.I. A guarantees to […] and feed 3 oxen that are the “audience gift” (nāmurtu) for the king. He receives 1 shekel of silver as his wages (idu) for the first month. One of the parties will further give barley.
