Paraphrase

7 shekels of silver of Na’id-Marduk/Nādin//Naggaru and Šūzubu/Šamaš-erība are the debt of Taqīš-Gula/Nergal-ušallim//Nūr-Sîn.

According to the market value as (it was) in m.II for barley, he will give 0;0.1.3 of barley per shekel (of silver) in m.III in Uruk at the gate of the storehouse (bāb kalakki).

(It is for) the business venture (ḫarrānu) of Rāši-ili/Marduka.
