Paraphrase

20 ¼ shekels of gold (ḫurāṣu) for the (gold plated) pole base (bīt talli) are at the disposal (ina pāni) of Bēl-aḫu-iddin. 8 ½ shekels of gold (in the form of) 2 quills (gappu), 3 šepūṭu-items, 22 inlaid rosettes (ayyaru) with opening (?) (bābu tamlû) were received (maḫāru) from Šadûnu.
