Sale contract of a ruined house (bīt abti) to be destroyed und (re)built (ša napāṣu u epēšu) in (tp)Kullabu inside (tp)Uruk.
Dimension of approximatively (atar u maṭu mala bašû) 115,5 m2:
-22 1/2 cubits the western upper side (šiddu elû amurru) adjacent to the house of Ina-tēšî-ēṭir/Nabû-ušebši,
-22 1/2 cubits the eastern lower side adjacent to the thin street, passage of people (ṭāḫ sūqu qatnu mūtaq niši),
-21 1/2 the northern upper front, adjacent to the house of Nergal-šumu-iddin/Mūru,
-21 1/2 the southern lower front adjacent to the wide street, street of gods and the king (ṭāḫ sūqu rapšu mūtaq ilāni u šarri),
The house was the house of Ṣillāya/Nanāya-uballiṭ, which he gave as marriage gift (ana nudinni) to (f)Ḫammāya/Ṣillāya (Ḫ).
Marduk-nāṣir/Iqīšāya (MN) agreed (nabû) with Ḫammil-ili/Iddin-Nabû (ḪI) and his wife, a price of 1 mina and one shekel of silver in pieces (šibirtu). He bought (šâmu) it, his house for its complete purchase price.
ḪI and Ḫ received (maḫāru) from MN the total of 1 mina and 3 shekels (of) silver in pieces (šibirtu), including 2 shekels of silver, the supplementary payment (atru).
ḪI and Ḫ relinquishes any future claims on behalf of their household.
10 witnesses and the scribe Nabû-nāṣir/Nabû-šumu-ukīn;
The document includes the clause concerning fingernail impressions of ḪI and Ḫ, and the tablet is marked with them.
