Paraphrase

Nanāya-aḫu-iddin/Ardia (NAI) owes (ina muḫḫi) 4;2.3 dates, impost of the field of young palm trees (imittu eqli ša tālu) at the canal sluice (bitqu), property (makkūru) of the Lady of Uruk and of Nanāya. It is part of the rent (sūtu) of Gimillu/Ištar-šumu-ibni, the rent farmer (ša muḫḫi sūti) of Eanna.

He will deliver (nadānu) the dates in m. VII in one instalment, in the enclosure (ina ḫaṣāri) using the measure (mašīḫu) of the Lady of Uruk together with a 1;0.2.3 "allowance"-fee (kurummatu), standard additional payments (including a load of firewood), and 1;0 choice-dates (makkasu).

His sissinnu-remuneration has been paid (eṭēru).
