Paraphrase

Nabû-ēreš/Nabû-dīnī-īpuš (NE) owes (ina muḫḫi) 55;0 dates, impost of the field (imittu) of the city (tp)Dūr-Ugum, property (makkūru) of the Lady of Uruk and of Nanāya.

It is part of the rent (sūtu) of Gimillu/Ištar-šumu-ibni, the rent farmer (ša muḫḫi sūti) of Eanna.

He will deliver (nadānu) the dates in m. VII in one installment, in the enclosure (ina ḫaṣāri) using the measure (mašīḫu) of the Lady of Uruk together with a 1;0.2.3 "allowance"-fee (kurummatu), standard additional payments (including a load of firewood), and 5;0 choice-dates (makkasu). It is apart from 1;0 (dates) for the agricultural supervisor (gugallu). NE's sissinnu-remuneration of 5;0 dates has been paid.

3 witnesses and the scribe Ṣillāya/Ištar-šumu-uṣur//Kidin-Marduk.
