Antichretic loan. Bēl-iddin/Ardia (BI) owes Nabû-šumu-ukīn/Nergal-uballiṭ (NŠU) 7 minas of silver. Instead of interest (ḫubullu) on this silver NŠU will share the usufruct of two fields with BI. BI will get 3/4 (mistake for 1/3?) and NŠU will get 2/3 from a field of BI and from a field that (BI?) transferred (târu D) to(?) (ina qātē) Ibāya (I), BIʼs paternal uncle. There is no rent (lit. “harvest” [ebūru]) for the fields, and BI guarantees for the payment to the temple (bīt ili).

A part of the silver that was given for the field of I, and all belongings of BI in the town or in the countryside (ṣēru) are the pledge (maškanu) of NŠU. No other creditor (rāšû) can dispose of it until NŠU receives his silver in full. The pledge was seized (ṣabātu) retrospectively, from Npl. 17 onwards.

6 witnesses.

Scribe: Nabû-šumu-ēreš/Aplāya.
