Paraphrase

Damaged list of priests (temple-enterers, brewers, bakers, prebendary gardeners and other clergy, kiništu)  consecrated (gullubu) by king Nabopolassar for (the service at) the table of Ištar of Uruk and Nanāya.

This refers to a re-organization of Eanna's clergy after the recapture of the city by Nabopolassar in his sixth year (inferred date).
