Paraphrase

Issue of wool by Nabû-ēṭir/Aplāya.

Smaller quantities (listed on the obverse) were distributed to individuals (including Nergal-nāṣir, Erēbšu, Ibni-Ištar/Marduka, Zēria, […]/[…]-iddin) and the sheep shed (bīt immerī). Some wool was issued as allowances (kurummatu) in the place of staples. One individual received it in the form of a KUR.RA-garment.

Larger quantities (listed on the reverse) were distributed in m.I and m.III to Dannu-aḫḫēšu-ibni as allowances of the men (ṣābu) working (dullu epēšu) at the Ebabbar temple (of (tp)Larsa); Mār-Esagil-rēṣûa; Nabû-aḫu-iddin; Itti-Eanna-būdia; and Lâbâši.

Šumu-ukīn, smith, is mentioned in a broken context.

Assigned the reign of Nabonidus based on prosopographic grounds, see TEBR, p. 209 n. 2.
