- House Rental.
A rents his house to B for 5 years. It is agreed that half of the silver should be paid at the beginning of the year, and the remainder in the middle. The renter should caulk (šanû) the roof and repair the wall foundations (asurrû). Should one of the parties break (nabalkutu) the contract, he will have to pay 10 shekels of silver. The renter will give the silver to fC, A’s wife. Name of 1 witness and the scribe.
