Paraphrase

Heading: The temple drew up (epēšu) the accounts (nikkassu) with (itti) A, the overseer of the bakers (šāpiru ša nuhatimmī) for the dates it issued in order to pay (ina) the wages to priests (pappasu) who served as bakers (nuhatimmūtu) in the months … (broken, perhaps Ulūl (VI)?), Abu (V) and Kislīm (IX) of the 1st regnal year of Darius.

Endnote: The document also records that 725 measures were given (nadānu, wr. sum.na) to (ana) A as part of (ina) the allotment of sacrificial commodities (maššartu) for Nisan (I) of the 2nd year.
