Paraphrase

Letter of Ninurta-šarru-uṣur (Royal Resident, qīpu) to Balāssu (possibly /Bēl-iqīša//Ir’anni), Nabû-erība (possibly /Supê-Bēl//Nannāya), Nādinu and the (temple) officials (bēl piqitti), telling them not to speak ill (pirku dabābu) of Mannu-akī-Arba’il as he is working for the temple. He also tells them that 2 minas of silver should be kept at the temple until the sender arrives so that they can discuss this matter together, and swears that the silver the sender himself used so far was surplus silver.
