Paraphrase

Nanāya-uṣalli/Ṭāb-Uruk, Rēmūtu/Nergal-iddin, Nergal-dān/Nabû-ēṭir, Gimillu/Marduka, (and) Nanāya-iddin/Rēmūtu owe Eanna [x+?]100;0 barley. They will deduct (naḫāsu) it in m.III from their allowances (kurummatu) for m.IV in Eanna. Mutual guarantee. This is apart from the previous debt notes (uʼiltu) which are due from them.
