Paraphrase

Debt note about 80 shekels of silver with a twenty-four-part alloy. It was the purchase price of Bēl[qātē]-ul-ušelli the slave due for (f)Šubbuttu/Tattannu at the expenses (ina muḫḫu) of (f)Qīštia/Bēl-ittan[nu].

On the 15th day of m.VII of the 19th year of Artaxerxes II. (?) she will pay (nadānu) the 80 shekels of silver. If she should not pay the 80 shekels of silver on time an interest of 2 shekels of silver monthly will add up to the purchase price the length of time she does not pay the 80 shekels of silver.
