Rental agreement about a house
Bānia/Ninurta-uballiṭ sold (nadānu) his house to Rēmūtu/Nādin-aḫi and rented it (ašābu) to Šamaš-šumu-līšir/Nādin-aḫi. Šamaš-šumu-līšir will pay two shekels of silver as rent to Bānia.
