Paraphrase

Account of silver expenditures and receipts

The first lines (obv. 1-10) are heavily eroded.

The text mentions Ibni-Ištar, a weaver (išparu), Arad-Gula, and a transaction involving the treasury and a fold (qabutti).

An income (erbu) intended for the regular offerings (ginû) is at the disposal of Šuzubu.

Innin-šumu-uṣur/Nabû-zēru-līšir returned in the treasury 6 minas and 50 shekels of iron from Erēbšu and [x] mina(s) of iron from (tp)Ḫume from Erēbšu, of this 1/3 and 3 shekels for affixing(?) (pādūtu) iron spades (marru) (is) at the disposal of Ibni-Ištar.

Wool(?) is at the disposal of Anu-šarru-uṣur 
and la nuḫḫutu wool(?) is at the disposal of Ibni-Ištar, the washerman (puṣāya)

1 1/2 shekels of wool(?) were received from Kalbi-Bau,

From Šadūnu/Šulāya 1 goose (kurkû) carcass, 1 duck (paspasu) carcass were received for 1/4 shekel of silver by Ardia/Nabû-bān-aḫi; 114 dates shoots (were received) from Innin-zēr-ibni.

Note

Ardia/Nabû-bān-aḫi may be identical with the rent farmer of the Rēmūt-Ea family bearing the same name.
