Paraphrase

The obverse shows a damaged list of various expenses:

5 shekels of silver for a KUR.RA-garment from the treasury for (or: from, ša) Bēl-uballiṭ/Rēmūt-ilī; 3 [...] for/from [...]ḫi-im; [...] from (ina) 50 minas and 1+[x] shekels from(?) Šumu-ukīn, [...] by(?) Marduk-uballiṭ (?) [...] Šumu-ibni for his(?) outlay (tēlītu ?): [...]ḫi-im and Aplāya/Sîn-erība; 4 talents of wool [...] Bēl-[...]-aḫi; Nabû-zēru-ibni; [...] minas for [...] talents [...] lapis lazuli(?).

The reverse lists the issue of wool:

10 talents and 50 minas, the rest (bābtu) of 15 talents and 50 minas of wool worth 5 minas of silver, received by (eṭēru) Nabû-šumu-ibni/Bēl-īpuš; 6 talents and 20 minas, the rest of 24 talents of wool, worth 8 minas of silver, received by Nādin-aḫi/Nabû-iddin from Borsippa; 3 shekels of wool issued (nadānu) to Nabû-šumu-ukīn/Nergal-uballiṭ and Nādinu/Marduk for the silver they smelted in Eanna.

The tablet is elongated.
