Paraphrase

Silver brought by the kizû workers of the Royal Resident (qīpu) are being issued (4-6 shekel per person):

Šamaš-erība, a cup-bearer (šāqû); Arad-Nanāya, also a cup-bearer; Nergal-iddin; Nergal-īpuš, a boatman (malāḫu); Nadnāya, a horse handler (šušānu).

2/3 mina is for Bēl-aḫu-iddin, 6 shekels for Šalaṭāya.
