Paraphrase

Cattle inspection in the first three parts of the text then comes an entry about silver. The text seems to be a notice of the administration.

First part: The Eanna administration will inspect the 36 sheep and goats from the (outstanding) arrears of the fold of Šamaš-aḫu-iddin/Nabû-zēru-iqīša (16 sheep (8 ewes, 8 she-lambs), and 20 goats (1 buck, 11 female goats, 3 young goats, 5 female kids)).

Silim-Ištar and her son, Irbi-rē’ûa, are the slaves of Mukīn-zēri/Nabû-zēru-iqīša.

Second part: 40 sheep and goats, 1 cow, 1 female calf (were received). Of the 24 sheep and goats of Nabû-mušētiq-uddi/Nanāya-iddin and Ištar-aḫḫē-erība/Nanāya-iddin, 6 are lacking.

The third part is partly broken. The scribe records the receipt of several sheep and goats belonging to Nanāya-aḫu-iddin and a certain Nabû-šumu-iddin/Nanāya-iddin. At the end, he records the receipt of 2 oxen under the responsibility (ina pāni) of Eanna-ibni and Nabû-iqīša, a horse handler (šušānu).

The fourth part records several silver transactions:

  • 1 mina of silver from 10.IV. until 26.V., was entered in the gate chest (quppu ša bābi).

  • 2 minas 7 1/2 shekels are to be recast.

  • 1 cow, 1 two-year-old bull were led away against 15;0 of barley as the outstanding balance under the responsibility of Iqīšāya, the horse handler (šušānu) (...).

The end of the text mentions Mušēzib-Bēl/Mušallim-Marduk and Ibnāya.
