Nergal-nāṣir/Bēl-usat//Itinnu, Rēmūtu/Bēl-usat//Itinnu (R) litigate with Iqīša-Marduk/Šumu-iddin (IM) about 1 mina of silver, credit (rašûtu) of Nanāya-īpuš/Bēl-aḫḫē-ušallim (Nī) that Nergal-nāṣir owes (ina muḫḫi), that Nergal-nāṣir brought (našû), and silver for a slave (qallu). 2/3 mina 3 shekels are the quit rent (mandattu) of the slave. In total, 2 minas 4 shekels are the price of the slave.
Agreement: R will not return to the subject of the slave and credit with IM and Nī. There will be no litigation between them (dabābu iānu). Once the slave reappears (elû), R will pay (nadānu) 1 mina 2/3 shekels of silver to IM and take the slave.
