Poorly preserved document concerning the use of water from a reservoir (ṣibittu) in the vicinity of the (tp)New Canal (nāru eššu), withheld from, then allocated to, farmers by Šumu-ukīn(/Bēl-zēri//Basia). A slave of the Governor (of Esagil, bēl pīḫāti) and land worked with the mayyāru-plow are mentioned.

The reading of the toponym as Šaṭeru (uru.šá-ṭir) is tentative. Ran Zadok (Studia Mesopotamica 5: 344) proposes Ālu-ša-apkalli (uru šá nun.me).
